How many psd can I submit for one design?

We accept a single PSD, however, we are able to process many files.

(Single PSD allows for hours of guaranteed delivery date.)

 

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Do I need to slice my PSD file?

Although slicing your PSD file will be extremely helpful to us resulting in saving time creating your Joomla template,  it is unnecessary.
 

Do you offer installation services?

Yes, we do offer installation services.

You provide us with:

  • the URL to Joomla admin.
  • the username and password
We do not create any content.

Note:  This total is not include arrangement of module positions.

 

 

Do you offer design services?

Yes, we do offer design services.

WebSpark Design (one of our affiliates) offers custom design services that are of the highest quality and never outsourced.

 

What type of payments do you accept?

We offer quick, easy, and secure methods of payment:

What is your turnaround time?

The turnaround time for one page is one business day.  Evey page after that (dealing with the same project) takes 3-5 working hours, depending on the complexity and specifications of the order.

Your project is started after the details are clear between the psd2template project manager and you the client.

 

What type of source files do you accept?

Currently we only accept photo shop (PSD) files.

We are taking steps to accept other types of source files in the near future.

 

Do I need to provide all typography elements?

The typography elements need to be outlined in the PSD , if not provided we will supply a basic typography.
 

Do I need to provide the fonts used?

Please provide any non-standard fonts and your PSD files.
 

What if I want to make changes to a completed template?

We make minor changes to completed templates even if not discussed in the project specifications.  (Examples, different logos, change to global fonts, etc....)
 

Do you offer express service?

What Fonts Can I Use?

We accept all web standard Fonts.  

Examples:  (Arial, Tohoma, Georgia, Times New Roman, Helvitica)

For custom headings we will employ the use of Scalable Inman Flash Replacement (SIFR)--a technology that allows website headings, pull-quotes, and other elements to be styled in whatever font the designer chooses.  As a result, the HTML code is understandable to search engines and also looks correct to the end user.  


 

Do you work on holidays?

Normally psd2template.com does not operate on major holiday's.  However, we understand that some of our clients do and we remain flexible to meet your needs.

Do you guarantee your work?

YES!!!

We at psd2template.com are very proud of the high quality and affordable Joomla templates that we provide.  We extend a guaranteed one business day turnaround rate.  However, if we are unable to meet this obligation, we offer our clients 50% off the next template creation.
